WON80 started as a grassroots movement in 2015 with the goal of helping athletic communities build something bigger than wins and losses - SUPPORTSMANSHIP. Supportsmanship is a consistent, positive culture where everyone in the athletic community supports student-athletes’ growth and commit to enhancing the experience for all involved. Through speaking, training, and practical resources, WON80 equips athletes, coaches, parents, and fans for their Supportsmanship  journey.
