CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT CULTURE COACHING CUSTOM PARTNERSHIPs
ABOUT WON80

WON80 started as a grassroots movement in 2015 with the goal of helping athletic communities build something bigger than wins and losses - SUPPORTSMANSHIP.
SUPPORTSMANSHIP is a consistent, positive culture where everyone in the athletic community supports student-athletes’ growth and commit to enhancing the experience for all involved. Through speaking, training, and practical resources, WON80 equips athletes, coaches, parents, and fans for their SUPPORTSMANSHIP journey.

ABOUT ME

Greetings! My name is Mark Horbinski. For more than 30 years, I’ve been helping students, athletes, coaches, and communities grow through leadership, character, and positive culture. My journey has included serving as a teacher, coach, official, athletic administrator, speaker, and author.
As a four-year football letter winner at UW–Stout, a veteran of the Wisconsin Army National Guard, and a member of the WIAA Sportsmanship Committee, I’ve seen firsthand the impact that leadership and sportsmanship can have on individuals and teams.
In 2015, I founded WON80 to help lead a return to sportsmanship through awareness, education, and inspiration. I am also the author of Seeking SUPPORTSMANSHIP and have been recognized at both the state and national levels for promising practices in character education.
My passion is simple: helping people build stronger relationships, better cultures, and a positive legacy that extends far beyond the game. I would love the opportunity to partner with your athletic community.
